So it looks like Hazard is coming to the Premiership after finally making a decision who to join.

It turns out it is Chelsea after Hazard himself said so on twitter. Well he did specifically say Chelsea but said he will be joining the champions league winners or something like that…

But there is no anouncement from Chelsea at all yet and it does seem a little weird for the player to announce this before it’s official.

To be honest the amount of times he has changed his mind about who he wants to join it’s clear he will be joining who ever offered the most money.

If he is coming to the Premiership or not, if he is going to Chelsea or not. Whatever happens he does seem to be a bit of a cock.

Sepp Blatter seems to have a problem with penalties. He feels they are unfair. “a tragedy.” He wants an alternative for settling draws. Hmm how about in the event of a draw the team that isn’t English is declared the winner. Yeah that sounds fair. I bet him and FIFA would love that ruling.

I’m going to put is new state of brain dead jabbering from Blatter down to a severe case of confusion and shock that an English team actually won a penalty shoot out for the first time ever, and amazingly it was against a German team who lost a penalty shoot out for the first time ever.

I have an alternative though. If the game is a draw after extra time we get one of those massive round archery style target boards out onto the pitch. You know those ones with a hole where the centre bullseye is. We get Sepp Blatter to stand behind it with his head out and each player of both teams take on shot from a distance which will remain open to debate for now. Whoever cracks the ball of his head the most wins. :D

It would be a very entertaining spectacle to watch, and also it may knock some sense into this old fool.
